Healthy Utah is a free program offered to state and local government employees and their spouses who participate in the Public Employees Health Program (PEHP) and are eligible for this benefit.
Our goal is to enhance the well-being of our members by:
- Increasing awareness of health risks, and the importance
of making healthy lifestyle choices. - Providing support in making healthy lifestyle choices, and
- Helping agencies develop workplace environments and policies that support health.
Healthy Utah offers a variety of programs, services and resources to help members get and stay well. We can help you with your concerns about weight, diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, stress management, nutrition, physical activity, and tobacco cessation.
