How to Register:

To Register for a Webinar, follow these easy steps:
- Click the "Register" link next to the webinar you’d like to attend.
- Skip the first section where it prompts you for a username and password. You do NOT need to create an account.
- Fill out the section with the heading "I want to register for this meeting without logging in."
- Enter your email address, first name, last name, and Time Zone [(GMT-7:00) Mountain Time (US and Canada)].
- You will be taken to a web page with the following message: "Your registration request has been sent to the moderator. You will be notified shortly by email whether you have been accepted."
- That's it! You will receive an email with a link to join the webinar at the scheduled time.

What are Wellness Webinars?A webinar, or "web seminar," is designed to offer the same great information as our onsite seminars, but from the comfort of your computer or conference room. They do not require a certain number of people.
Is there a cost to join a webinar?
No! All Healthy Utah webinars are offered completely free.
How do I join a webinar?
Joining a webinar on a PC or Mac® computer is easy. Click the registration link in the webinar schedule and register for the webinar. You can then join the webinar at the scheduled time by clicking the "Join a Webinar" button or link in your confirmation email, which will be automatically sent to you after registering. You do not need to pre-install any software prior to joining the webinar.
What are the system requirements to join a webinar?
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 +, Mozilla Firefox 1.5+ for Windows/Mac/Linux or Safari 2.0+ for Macintosh
- Internet connection of minimum 56 Kbps for sharing application, 128 Kbps for broadcasting video
