Capitol Hill Wellness Council
The Capitol Hill Wellness Council had their first event on Tuesday, September 4, 2007. This "Welcome" event consisted of a Wellness Fair with five stations.
The stations included information on Healthy Utah, resistance band exercises, the new Capitol Hill Fitness Center, Capitol Hill Aerobics classes, stress relief ideas, healthy eating ideas and information from Dr. Aldana's book "The Culprit and the Cure". Many visitors of the Wellness Fair also enjoyed free 10 minute massages provided by Corporate Chair-Man On Site Massage www.chair-man.com.
There were 130 employees who attended the fair and 6 of them won a prize. Congratulations to Bill Stimpson for winning the grand prize Wellness Quilt. The other winners each received a copy of the book, "The Culprit and the Cure". The book winners were Shannon Casias, Debbie Headden, Carma Hicks, and Arleen Hearld.
